Of Waterford, WI, passed away on February 15, 2018 at the age of 82. Loving wife of 53 years to her late Husband Alex Lapajenko. Loving mother of Holly (Jimmy) Pozhegu, John (Barbara Burbach) Lapajenko and Debra Suszek. Adored grandmother of 5 grandchildren, Jeana, Jake ,Maggie, Jasen and Annalyse. Great grandmother of Gianna Suszek. Dear sister of Charlotte (Luis) Dellicano, the late Anges and Tony Dichaira, Russel and Sabina Hotzler. Sister in law to Nick and Rose Lapajenko and the late Vera and Brian Barton. Further survived by Nieces and Nephews.

Loretta was born on November 5, 1935 in Queens New York. As a young woman she worked as an IBM operator, all of that changed when she met her future husband Alex on 42nd street in New York, City. They were married on June 11, 1955, after which they moved to Milwaukee to start their family. Loretta was a beautiful woman, a true friend and quite a spitfire to all that knew her. Loretta loved life and her family meant the world to her. Her passions were cooking, crafts, crocheting, singing, dancing and watching old movies.

The family would love to thank all the doctors, nurses and all the people that took such good care of her, and an extra thank you to Nora Morino, Mom’s 3rd daughter, her care giver who she loved dearly.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 21 from 4PM until the time of service at 6PM. Private Committal services will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
