Dear Andrew and Chris,
I was sorry to hear about Nancy's passing. It was very sad news.
Nancy was a generous and giving person. She was always the the public health professional and truly cared about the well being of others during her service in the field of public health. The delivery of public health programs was her upmost mission and during her tenure in the Village she expanded health services by adding new programs or expanding others, the adding of a Public Health Nurse provided better health care to the residents, especially seniors.
She treated her employees with the upmost dignity and respect, and provided them the freedom to explore new and better ways to improve their lives as well as the lives of the residents in the community.
I am grateful to the 20 years I worked with Nancy. Her friendship and understanding was and important part of my life and career.
Virginia and I, and my family owe her a sincere debt of gratitude for all she did.
With sincere sympathy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Virginia and Michael Cavallini
