Of Menomonee Falls.  Taken away too soon on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the age of 44 years.  Loving husband of Nicole, proud father of Alex, Ben and Grace.  Loving son of Donna (Gary) Grzesk and the late Ken (Dawn) Heitman.  Dear brother of Kim (Gus) Powell.  Dear Son-in-Law of Al and Yvonne Jagdfeld.  Brother-in-Law of Shannon Brennecke- Jagdfeld and Sara Jagdfeld.  Uncle of Isabella, Jake, Lauren, Owen, Daniel, Olivia, Ryan and Eli.  Further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Patrick was the proud owner of Heitman Inc. and longtime resident and active volunteer  in the Menomonee Falls community.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to "Heitman Children Memorial Fund" is appreciated.

Visitation will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church (N74 W13604 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls) on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 3:00pm until 6:30pm with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 7:00pm.  Private burial.
