Robert W. Maurer

Passed away on Tuesday, March 26th at the age of 78. Bob was born November 17, 1945 to the late Earla and William (Bill) Maurer. Bob was preceded in death by the love of his life of 49 years, Geanine, before her passing in March of 2020. Bob is survived by his brothers Dick (Sue) Maurer and Don (Mary) Maurer. His sons, Chad and Curtis (Molly). Most proud, loving Grampy to Breleigh and Alea. Also survived by nieces and nephews. 

Bob had a successful career in medical device sales and management, enjoyed his golf and bowling friends, his lake home on Big Cedar Lake, Wisconsin sports, trips to casinos and attending and cheering on Breleigh and Alea in all they were involved in. 

What brought the most love and joy to Bob’s life was his wife Geanine. After Geanine’s passing, Bob’s heart was empty. Dad - we know you’re now with Mom and that’s what you’ve wanted. You fought so hard, we’re so very proud of you. 

A private family service will be held at a later date.
