(nee Sweeney) Passed away into Eternal life peacefully on April 14, 2017 at the age of 84. Reunited with her Husband the Late Dr. Dale Mann on their 61st wedding anniversary, married for 57 years. Preceded in death by her sons Jeffery and Steven. Rose is survived by her children Thomas (Lynn), Gregory (Lois). Grandmother of Joshua and Jason. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Rose was a proud wife and devoted mother of four. She was a volunteer at local churches and hospitals. Her strong faith helped her family through hard times.

A private ceremony was held to lay her to eternal rest.
