Andrew Christos Yiannias

Andrew Yiannias was reunited with his loving wife, Nancy, on August 7, 2022 at the age of 89. He was born on May 5, 1933 in Greece to parents Christos and Chrysanthea Yiannias. More than his many accomplishments, including navigating his path to US Citizenship after immigrating from the Hellenic Region of Tegca at age 17, completing his undergraduate graduate degrees at Northwestern University and their Kellogg School of Business and enjoying a successful career in accounting and business, what he enjoyed most was being instrumental in the raising of his grandchildren, who will forever remember their Papou as a most loving, caring and gentle person in their lives. He was the dearest father of Chris (Lauri Lowenbraun) Yiannias; proud grandfather of Zachary and Mia; Andrew will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Entombment and committal prayers will immediately follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
