Hi Mark and Karen. I was informed of your father’s passing and I want to extend my condolences. My brother, Warren Raasch, worked closely with Doug in the special ed office in Waukesha back in the ‘70s. As an itinerant teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing, I also worked out of that office for a time. May your father Rest In Peace and rise in glory. And may you both feel the love and caring of family and friends around you at this time.

Hello Karen and family. I am sorry to see Doug go but he lived a good life.
I enjoyed him a lot. I knew him when he came to see his wife. I came
to see my wife Marcia and we talked then. Also sometimes I helped him
with his tv when he lived in the apartment. He loved to eat with us.
He lived an impressive life.
