Ellen M. Yatso

Born to Eternal Life on May 20, 2021.  Dearly beloved daughter of the late Michael G. Yatso, M.D. and LaVerne T. Yatso.  Loving sister of Judith and loving sister-in law of Jake.  Loving sister of Jeanne, Katie, Bette and John and the late Susan, James and Jayne.  Loving and ever so very proud aunt of her niece, Megan Beth.  Dear step aunt of Kate and Sophia.

Ellen was a dear friend to so many in her life.  Proud graduate of Mount Mary College/University.  Ellen’s passions during her life were travel, cooking, gardening, sports and caring for her wonderful pets and the wildlife in her yard.  Ellen will forever be deeply missed and Ellen will never be forgotten.  Rest in Peace in reunion with our family and friends that have entered the Gates of Heaven and who are there to welcome you to Eternal Life. 

Ellen was a woman deeply devoted to her family, friends and Catholic Faith.

Always there for others, never herself.  Gracious and kind.  She will forever be loved.

Sharing of Memories at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Ellen on Friday June 11, 2021 at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 734 Glenview Ave. Wauwatosa. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Mount Mary University, St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, or The Wisconsin Humane Society would be appreciated.
