Evelyn L. (Rastello) Karkoski

Of Wauwatosa, entered Eternal Life on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the age of 97. She joins her loving husband for 75 years Frank J. in heaven. Beloved mother of David (Lillian) and Camille (Dr. Donald) Baccus. Cherished grandma of Nathan J. of San Francisco, Sarah E. of Atlanta and Isaac J. of Dayton. Further survived by her dear sister Bernice Bennetts; sister-in-law Catherine Karkoski of Detroit; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceded in death by brother, Merlyn Rastello.

Evelyn was a Beautician in her early years; however after marring Frank on Nov. 7, 1942, she became a loving wife and mother. They traveled and lived in many different areas of the US, finally settling in Milwaukee in 1961.  She was an avid reader and was a founding member of the Heritage Antique Club.

Visitation will be held at St. Vincent Pallotti Parish, Milwaukee (201 N. 76th St.) on Wednesday, September 19, from 10 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.  Committal services to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
