Passed peacefully to eternal life at the age of 89. Jerry is survived by his wife Julie and children Jeff (Sue), Jim, Tom (Margaret), Nancy Dlouhy, Rick Swider, and Sue (Rick) Waldorf. He is also survived by grandchildren Doug Dlouhy, Kim (Dan) Teresinski, Ryan (Katie) Waldorf, Nick (Hideya) Swider, and 4 great grandchildren. Jerry is preceded in death by his first wife Ruth.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 17 at Shorehaven (1305 W Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 4PM until the time of service at 5PM. Private committal services held at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shorehaven.
