Gordon "Gordy" Stuart Rise

Gordon Stuart Rise joined the heavenly choir on January 8th. Preceded in death by his mother, Florence, father, Francis and brother, Richard.  

He is survived by his cherished wife, Vivian (Follansbee) of 68 years.  Six children: Cyndy (Daniel) Lofy, Greg Rise, Pamela (Joseph) DeRosa, Beth (Terence) Geary, Sharon Rise, and Scott (Kerry) Rise.  Eleven Grandchildren: Kathleen (Shawn) Dimmer, Natalie (Jon) Jupp, Kevin Lofy, Mathew (Jessica) Geary, Peter (Lauren) Geary, Whitney Rise-Roberson, Samantha (Ryan Ptasnik) Rise-Roberson, Megan (Scott) Bollen, Victoria Rise-Roberson, Gabriella and Anthony Rise. Further survived by eleven great-grandchildren: Daniel, Tizeta and Wesley Jupp; Gavin, Greta and Gwendolyn Geary; Connor and Patrick Geary; MacKenzie and Madeline Rise-Roberson and Riley Bollen.  Also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren, his loving sister, Patricia Randall and many nieces and nephews.  

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15th at 10:30 AM with the Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at noon at St. Mary’s Visitation Church, 1260 Church Street, Elm Grove, WI 53122.
