Harry William Ebmeier, 91 years old, of Wauwatosa, WI, entered Eternal Life on July 12, 2022, after a peaceful death surrounded by his family.
Harry was a devoted spouse, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. He worked as a registered representative. After retiring from Smith Barney Shearson in 1994, Harry enjoyed spending winters in Punta Gorda, FL and summer visits to Door County. Harry enthusiastically followed his local sports teams such as the Marquette Golden Eagles, Milwaukee Brewers, and Green Bay Packers. Of the finer things in life, he enjoyed travel to Rome, the Holy Land, London, Switzerland, and France, collecting Wedgewood, and attending concerts at the Ravinia Festival. Most important to Harry was his devotion to the Catholic faith, with Mass and the rosary central to his day.
Survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Corinne Ruth (Drexler) Ebmeier,
Children, Margaret Ebmeier, Judith (Brian) Smith, Paul (Briana) Ebmeier,
Grandchildren, Julian, Matthieu, Audrey Egg, Peter, Patrick Smith, Ian, Jesse, Alex Ebmeier,
And many Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by his wife Mary JoEllen (Zimmers) Ebmeier, infant Michael Ebmeier,
Sisters Louella (Art) Brandt, Virginia (Mel) Jossi, Brother Kenneth (Eileen) Ebmeier, and
Nephew Keith Brandt.
The funeral will be held at St. Mary’s Visitation Catholic Church, 1260 Church St., Elm Grove, WI 53122
