James R. Ott

Found Eternal Peace March 28, 2018. Preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara (Gray), Parents George and Olivia (Liederitz), Stepmother Mathilda (Gray), Brothers Phillip (the late Sharon), George (the late Lois), David (Susie), Daniel (the late Theresa) (Judy), Guy (Beverly) and Brother-in-law Robert (Ruby) Gray. Loving Dad of Diane (Dan) Ott-Hager, Lynette (John) Enright and Michael (Judy) Ott. Proud Grandpa of Chad (fiancée Becky) and Zachary (girlfriend Natalie) Enright. Brother of Richard (Diane) Ott. Step-Grand Father of Jennifer (Kevin) Hamilton, Jessica Enright, Keith (Jennifer) Kannass, Kim (Dean) Sergeant. Step-Great Grandfather of Payton, Alex, Jayden, Morgan, Ava, Kaitlen, Makayla, Lincoln and Lila. Jim will be remembered by many other family and friends.

In 1956, Jim along with his brother Dan, started Ott Builders, building custom homes. Then in the early 1970's moved into the commercial building market where he continued working until retiring in 2005.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 6, from 11:30AM until the time of service at 1:30PM. Interment at Highland Memorial Park to follow.
