Jeanne Marie Kroner

Jeanne was born into this world on July 11, 1956 and passed away peacefully on April 12, 2021 at the age of 64. Beloved wife and best friend of John for 42 wonderful years. Devoted mom of Joe (Jenna), Kevin (Angela) and Jacqueline (Ian) Abston. Adored Nana Bean of Charlotte, Collin, Natalie, Nora, John, Rosie, Charlie and Beau. Dearest sister of Rick Newburg. Jeanne was reunited in heaven with her parents Lee and Babe Newburg and her mother-in-law Maxine Kroner. Jeanne will be deeply missed by her father-in-law James, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends who Jeanne impacted so passionately in her short life.

Jeanne was born in LaCrosse, WI. She attended Holy Trinity Elementary School before graduating from Aquinas High School. She married her high school sweetheart, John, on July 29, 1978. It was this union of love that spawned the creation of Jeanne’s greatest joy, her family. Her life was defined by the love she shared for her husband, children, extended family and friends. She created a loving and nurturing home where all were welcomed with open arms. Above all, Jeanne will be forever remembered as the woman who loved to LOVE on people!

A Visitation will be held on Friday April 16, 2021, at the funeral home, from 3:00 PM until 5:45 PM. Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin or the Wounded Warrior’s Project would be greatly appreciated by the family.
