Jennifer Anne Burlison

Jennifer Anne Burlison of Brookfield, daughter of the late Jan Sanders, passed away with her family at her side on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at the age of 49.

Jen loved learning, attaining her bachelor's degree in communications from UW-Whitewater. As she worked her way up the educational and corporate ladder she obtained an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. In addition to her business management career Jennifer created beautiful custom jewelry and enjoyed cooking.

She proudly called herself "the cool aunt" and was always unique in everything she did.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Ron; cherished sisters, Julie (Marc) Stanke and Jeanne Pagel; stepdaughters Billie and Samantha; beloved grandchildren; uncle and aunt, Dave and Cathy Sanders; nieces and nephew, Ashley, Christopher, Abigail and Deisha; also cousins, "The Pinochle Club"; and "The Best Godparents ever" Pat and Doug Meredith.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 8, from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. memorial service at the Becker Ritter Funeral Home in Brookfield.
