Passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Loving husband of Regina (nee Gotthardt). Dear dad of Michael, Kim (Don) Hayden, Christopher and Dean (Tina) Gatewood. Proud Papa J of Dawson and Madison Hayden, Jessica, Brittany and Mikey. Brother of Michael (Patty). Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Jerry was born in Whitesville, Kentucky. He proudly served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army, stationed in Germany where he met his wife Regina. He was a long-time resident and business owner in Menomonee Falls.

A visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, June 16 from 10 AM until the time of service at 1 PM. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.
