Kaye E. Kern

Reunited with her beloved husband of 52 years, Jakob Kern on March 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Beloved mother of Jason (Bobbi) Kern. Cherished grandma of Seth and Shelby. Loving sister of Sonja (the late John) Bigley and Steve Nelson. Sister-in-law of Helmut (Marivic) Jaeger of Greisheim, Germany. Dear aunt of Lori and Vincent Bermke, Chris (Nora) Bigley, Cindy Schumacher, Brian Bigley, Becky (Jim) Scuric, Sara (Dan) Young, Rachel Nelson and Nate Nelson.  Also loved by other relatives and numerous friends.

Gathering at the Funeral Home on Friday, March 22, 2024 3PM-5PM. Memorial Service at 5PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Preserve Our Parks.

Katy was an active member in the Wauwatosa Historical Society and served as the Vice President of Preserve Our Parks. She retired as a paralegal for Quarles and Brady where she worked for over 40 years. Above all, she loved her family.
