Loraine T. "Laurie" Janzer

Loraine T. "Laurie" Janzer (nee Dobratz), born to Eternal Life on August 3, 2020 at the age of 90 years, surrounded by her sons.  Beloved wife of the late Ron Janzer for 52 years.  Loving mother of John, Joe (Terry) and Jerry (Joanne).  Proud and loved grandma of Paul (Christina), Erin (Chris) Pratt, Jessica, Jarrett and Rachel.  Cherished great‑grandma of Liam, Lola and Elia Janzer, and Nora Pratt.  Sister of Robert (Diane) Dobratz.  Preceded in death by her sister Marian Wasilewski.  Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Laurie owned and operated Janzer's Religious Articles with her late husband Ron for over 50 years.  She loved being "Up North" at her home in Arbor Vitae, WI and enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and many dear friends.  She was an avid fan of all sports, especially Marquette basketball.

Laurie was kind, caring and compassionate to everyone she met.  She was a devout Catholic who strongly believed in the power of prayer.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A wonderful mom, grandma, and great-grandma, we love you!

Visitation on Monday, August 10 at the Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, August 10 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Dominic's Catholic Church (18255 W. Capitol Dr.), followed by committal services at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Memorials to St. Dominic's Catholic Church are appreciated.
