Margaret "Margy" R. (Rediger) Hand

70 of Elm Grove WI (formerly of Oak Park, Chicago and Bloomington, IL); born 10/12/1947, left us peacefully 9/16/2018. Survived by her husband of 45 years William Hand of Elm Grove, WI; her daughter Helen (Jodi) Fisher and their daughters Abigail and Samantha all of Menomonee Falls, WI; and her son William (Megan) Hand and their children Emily, William, Logan and Rediger all of Greenville, SC.  Devoted sister-in-law to Susan Hand (Drew) Barry of Naples, FL and their sons Gage of Chicago, IL and Seth (Jessica) and their daughter Caroline all of Hillsborough, NC.

Margy retired from the WI Dept. of Corrections as a Probation & Parole Officer following careers in Chicago, IL teaching college level Anatomy & Physiology and performing immunology assays in a research and clinical laboratory at a large medical center.

Visitation Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Visitation Church, 1260 Church St, Elm Grove, WI. Funeral mass will follow immediately after visitation from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  Donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society are appreciated. Interment will follow at a somewhat later date in a private ceremony at the St. Mary’s Visitation Parish cemetery.
