Mary was a classmate at the University of Nebraska College of Nursing in Omaha
Nebraska. We graduated in 1959.
We were friends and I admired Mary for her friendly attitude to all people, and her academic ability.
She was popular with our classmates and had many friends.
She was an outstanding Nurse.

Mrs. Owen (Mary) has blessed our family's life with her joy. My mother, Sue Timmer, is part of the "Breakfast Group" and thus there have been many gatherings that I have enjoyed and heard about. :)

My name is Phil Leef, and I have worked with Karl at EMC for the past ~17 years. Beyond being technically gifted, Karl has always been a true friend; respected and admired by all who work alongside him.
Knowing the quality of a son's character is a true testament to the woman who raised him, I have no doubt that Mary was an exceptional person. Please accept my condolences to the Owen/White family.
