Maxine M. Kolkmeyer

Born to eternal life on November 13, 2018 at the age of 94. Reunited with her cherished husband, William L. Beloved mother of the late Lynne Kolkmeyer, Lauren (the late Conrad Jr.) Schaefer, and Kaye (Michael) Richert. Treasured grandmother of Elizabeth Kolkmeyer Holcomb, Jaime Richert, the late Emily Rose Richert, William (Viktoria) Richert, Conrad (Josie) Schaefer III and Zachary Schaefer. Dear great grandmother of Jordyn Emily Williams, Benjamin Michael Richert, Lucas William Richert, Fredrik Charles Richert, Kailee Rae Schaefer and Lucca Conrad Schaefer. Loving sister of Donna (the late Myron) Gusse and Karel (Dale) Buck. Maxine and Bill were cousins-in-love with the late Harold and June Earll. Cousin Betty (Carlton) Ruenger and Maxine were friends from birth to 94. Further survived by special nieces, nephews and friends who meant the world to her.

A service will be held Monday, November 26th at the funeral home at 3PM. A time of gathering and fellowship will follow. Interment at Markesan Memorial Cemetery on Tuesday, November 27th at 10AM.

In honor of Maxine, memorials will be donated to organizations that make a difference in the lives of children and the sick.
