Patricia E. (Dwyer) Mazurek

(nee Dwyer) Passed away surrounded by the love of her family on November 22, 2018 at the age of 94.  Preceded in death by her husband Edward (Muzzy) Mazurek and infant daughter, Mary.  Dear mother of Ray (Maureen), Larry (Janice), Don, Ellen Lemberger, Dick (Joann).  Proud Grandmother of Ted (Chrissy) Nierzwicki, Amy (Matt) Dickmann, Jeanne (Casey) Allen, Kate Mazurek, John (Laura) Mazurek, Lisa (Brian) Klick, Paul Mazurek, Sarah Trapp (Fiance Billy Naumann) Emilie Lemberger, Beau Mazurek, Ashley (Barry) Rhode, Courtney (Ryan) Hunt, Carly (Mike) Kasprzak.  Loving Great Grandmother of Quinn and Molly Nierzwicki, Logan and Nolan Dickmann, Darby and Ainsley Allen, Madelyn and Michael Mazurek, Aiden and Kendall Klick, Amelia Mazurek, Makenna, Tessa and Easton Trapp, Gracie and Parker Rhode.  Beloved sister of Raymond Dwyer.  Peacefully joined her parents, Thomas and Beatrice Dwyer, siblings Bob, Elaine, Rosemary, Joan, Grace, Lois and Tom, Grandson Marty Nierzwicki, as well as many other relatives and friends in Heaven. 

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 27 at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (formerly Mary Queen of Heaven Church) 2322 South 106 Street, West Allis from 4:30PM until Mass of Christian Burial at 6PM. Private Internment. 

Memorial appreciated to Congregational Home or Vitas Hospice.
