Patricia Rose Roettgers

Patricia Rose (nee O’Halloran) Roettgers of Brookfield, born to Eternal Life on July 24, 2018 at the age of 91. Patricia was surrounded in life by her loving family.

Patricia was the devoted and cherished wife of the late Don Roettgers. Loving mother of Susan (Joseph) Gerard, Sally (John) Mueller, Mary (Joseph) Brobson, David (the late Deborah) Roettgers (his friend Lisa Dundas). Treasured grandmother of Kathryn (Michael) Ekker, Ann (Daniel) Ludwig, Elizabeth (Theodore) Elsaesser, Catherine (Andrew) Hunt, Robert (fiancée Nicole Sawatzke) Mueller, Mark (Bianca) Mueller, Ann Marie and Megan Brobson, Jennifer (Timothy Chapp) Roettgers, Laura (Benjamin) Weiland and Michael Roettgers. Proud great-grandmother of Andrew and Emma Jendrach, Benjamin and Owen Ludwig, Mia Chapp, Adeline Hunt, and Oliver Elsaesser. Dear sister of Mary (Chuck) Rietz and Tom (Elaine) O’Halloran and sister-in-law of Dolly Regan.

Further survived by many family members and dear friends.

Patricia was a proud graduate of Mount Mary College with a degree in education. Patricia and Don were charter members of St. Dominic Parish in Brookfield. Patricia’s greatest love was her husband, Don, and their family.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at St. Dominic Catholic Parish, 18255 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield with visitation at 10:30 am, Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am. A private family interment will follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In loving memory of Patricia, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to St. Dominic Catholic Parish or St. Joan Antida High School, 1341 N. Cass St., Milwaukee 53202.
