Patrick Christopher Anderson

Patrick Christopher Anderson, age 22, of Milwaukee, passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2023. Patrick was born on March 22, 2000, in Milwaukee, to the proud parents of Mary (Meurer) Anderson and Chris Anderson. Patrick was a beloved brother to his siblings, Donnie Meurer and Rebecca Anderson. He will be greatly missed by his nephews and niece, Wesley, Margot his Goddaughter and Baker Meurer. Most importantly, Patrick will be terribly missed by his beloved “white dog” Kota Francis. In addition to immediate family, Patrick will be remembered by many, including aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Patrick is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary Lou and Francis Meurer and his cousins Benjamin and Riley Sullivan. He is survived by his grandfather, Richard A. Anderson and was joined in heaven by his grandmother, Mary A. Anderson, shortly following his passing.

Patrick attended Christ King Elementary School and graduated from Pius XI High School, class of ‘18. At the age of 18, he established Patrick’s Landscaping, LLC, a landscape and snowplow business. In 2022, Patrick transitioned away from his landscape business and took on the role of a service technician with Financial Services Corporation. Patrick had a strong work ethic and took great pride in his work, regardless of what type of work he did.

Anyone who knew Patrick also knew of his love of the great outdoors. Patrick was an avid hunter and fisherman. Patrick found the God of his understanding in nature, while sitting in a tree stand or fishing from a pier, boat, or ice shanty.

Patrick will be laid to rest on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Christ King Church, 2604 N. Swan Blvd, Wauwatosa, with visitation from 10am-12pm, followed by a Noon Mass of Christian Burial. A private burial will take place with Patrick’s immediate family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the WI Humane Society or the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) of Waukesha County, in memory of Patrick’s love for his Kota.

Rest in peace dear Patrick, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
