Robert "Bob" R. Wallis

Born to Eternal Life on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Bob was the loving husband of Mary Jo, celebrating 58 years together this month. He was the caring father of Mickey Wallis, Sue (Jim) Siepmann, Pam (Dave) Arend, and Carolyn (Scott) Bush. Bob was the treasured grandfather of Elizabeth, Christopher, Adam, Natalie, Rachel, Theresa, Katherine, Michael, Kyle, Alec, Jack, and Cara. He was also the cherished brother of John (Glenda) Wallis. Bob will be remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Bob was a longtime employee of Rexnord with more than 40 years of service. After his retirement, he spent 15 years volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Bob was also a longtime member of St. John Vianney, with 36 faithful years. He loved his grandchildren and would travel to see them whenever he could. He was an avid Wisconsin sports fan, cheering for the Packers, the Brewers, and Marquette basketball. Bob also enjoyed woodworking and making pieces for his family.

A visitation will be held Friday, June 15, at St. John Vianney Catholic Parish (1755 N. Calhoun Rd. Brookfield, 53005) from 9AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Committal Prayers to follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John Vianney sister parish in Peru, Santisimo Sacramento (payable to St. John Vianney), or Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity.
