Tammy Jo Wozniak (Sullivan)

Tammy Jo Wozniak of Wauwatosa passed into eternity unexpectedly at the age of 45.

She leaves behind her mother, Jo Marie (Robert) Wozniak; father John A. (Terry) Wozniak; siblings Brad (Rita) Wozniak and Tina Wozniak, nephews Declan and Cooper; and fiancé Jair Wendt. 

Tammy was an HR specialist at the VA Hospital in Milwaukee. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cardinal Stritch University. Tammy loved spending time laughing with her family, dogs, wine and playing clue. She especially loved spending as much time as possible with her fiancé Jair.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, services for Tammy will be held privately. The family appreciates your understanding. 

Because the service is private, if you would like, personal written condolences can be sent to Becker Ritter Funeral Home at 14075 W North Ave, Brookfield WI 53005, where they will be forwarded to the family.
