Thomas Robert McCue

Passed away peacefully on May 12, 2019 at the age of 90. Thomas is survived by his son Thomas Edward, daughters Mary Lynne, Kathleen Marie, and Jean Ann. He is further survived by nephew Ed Cordes, and nieces Margaret Cordes, Amy Wroblewski, and Brigid Woodland. Thomas is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Catherine (nee Erickson), baby son Joseph, parents Thomas Patrick and Myrtle (nee Daly), sisters Mary C. (D. James) McCue-Adams and Patricia A. (Dr. John E.) Cordes, and niece Katie Cordes.

Thomas was a proud veteran of the Korean War. When he returned home he owned and operated with his dad, uncle, and cousin - McCue Brothers Paint Store. Thomas later retired from the Harley Davidson Motor Company.

Visitation will be held at Holy Assumption Church in West Allis (7109 W. Orchard St. 53214) on Friday, May 17 from 12PM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1PM. Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas's name may be made to Holy Assumption Church or the March of Dimes.

Dad left us with tears in our eyes, sadness in our hearts and so many good memories to fill the rest of our days. Until we meet again Dad - may God hold you in the palm of His hand. We love you Pops, you were the best dad ever, rest in peace.
