William "Bill" Paschke

William E. Paschke Jr. passed away peacefully on August 30, 2022 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Rosemary. Loving father of Mark (Connie), David (Jennifer Johnson), Sean (Julie) and Rick (Christian). Dear brother of Kathy (Eddie) Melstrand. Bill will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Evan, Benjamin, Sara, Alex, Megan, Greta, Aaron, Monica , and other relatives and many friends.

Bill graduated from Rufus King High school in 1949 and went on to eventually get his bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Illinois in 1957.  In the early 1960’s, Bill started a successful architectural business, designing and developing numerous commercial and multi-family buildings.  One of Bill’s favorite hobbies was watercolor painting.  Throughout the years he painted many subjects, and the annual family Christmas card always featured a seasonal watercolor scene.

Bill and Rosemary were regular attendees at St. Mary’s Visitation Church in Elm Grove. He was a man of Catholic faith and now joins his Savior, family and friends that preceded him in death.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 6, 2022 at St. Mary’s Visitation Parish, 1260 Church Street Elm Grove, from 10 AM until 10:45 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Mary's Visitation Parish for memorial Masses or a charity of your choice are greatly appreciated.
