Capt. Novotny please accept my sincere condolences from my family to yours. I know I never met your wife but if she had half the heart that you always showed and I'm sure she did then I know why the man up stairs needed her for a special assignment. I will say some extra prayers in church for Julianne.

It has always been a marvel of the love and caring the Novotny family has shown over the years. I met Tom's wife during my time as a Wisconsin State Fair police officer. We were vert lucky the she would let Tom work with all of us over the years. She can be proud the her simple act touched thousands... because he was our boss.

My Dearest Novotony Family!!!
I literally stumbled upon this at this wee hour and had absolutely NO idea that dear Julie
was I'll!! My heart is in disbelief and aching for all of you! Your mom/wife was always my idol....a true hero, mentor and inspiration!
I feel certain that she reached out gently to me tonight to make me aware that she passed away....and as a sign that she is truly able to continue her work...as an angel!
She clearly echos the recent church scriptures and clearly wants you to hear her saying: "Do not let your hearts be troubled!.....I am with you!"
Many prayers for all of you!! Continue to carry and reflect her love and God's love to the world.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Novotny's passing. Always a big smile whenever I saw her. She leaves behind a great family which is a direct result of exactly who she was. Will keep the entire Novotny family in my thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest sympathy to your entire family. Julie was a sparkle of the moment.
Her ready smile and enthusiastic spirit will stay with us.
Fun, good natured, faith-filled and she was simply a most lovely lady.
We will miss her in the bleachers and every other place we often bumped into her.
We will cherish the memories we shared at St Joe's.
She is resting in God's Peace. Love to the Family!!!
