My condolences to Lee's family in Lee's passing. I had the good fortune to work with Lee at Durant, benefiting my career growth at Durant and later at Cutler Hammer and Eaton. With my deepest sympathies, Paul Glatzel

My heartfelt sympathies go out to Kathlene, Mollie and Thomas on the passing of a wonderful man, admired business leader and good friend. I had the pleasure of knowing, working with and even working for Lee in the 1980s and 1990s in connection with his leadership roles with Pi Sigma Epsilon and Sales and marketing Executives International. Lee’s mentorship as well as my admiration of Lee as a role model had so much to do with my own professional development and contributed to my success. He also played a role in my personal life, as Lee and Kathlene became good friends to me and my wife, Debbie (a Wisconsin girl who I met through Pi Sigma Epsilon), and they were there to support me after Debbie passed away 11 years ago. Though sadly out of touch since, I have thought of Lee and Kathleen often over the years, and they will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Our family offers our condolences for your loss . Jim and I remember Lee as a voice of reason during the early Common Council meetings. He always came prepared with facts not political expediancy. He presented a business presence when it seemed that petty politics was the way that some coucil members thought of their job on the council . The city was fortunate to have such a man.
Sincerely, Jim and Rhoda Flagg

Kathleen, Tommy, Molly:
Our most sincere condolences. This world has lost a very bright light. It's hard to convey how Lee's special support during my deployments made some unpleasant places much easier to endure. The hand written notes, selected books, and other items he sent my way were always reflective of his genuine caring, and that sure felt good. Love to all of you. We're here for anything you need.
